Abstract

In the conditions of globalism, the whole of mankind is drawn to the DOM of progress and it is impossible to stay out of this process. All branches of human society life are doomed to be given the influence of development. In particular, the emergence of a person together with his level today, which means that the pedagogical activity that brought globalism into being also underwent radical changes. Distance education is the result of these evolutions. It was natural that distance learning would occur in conditions where the world was surrounded by a network of Information, Society became fully informed and Information reality prevailed over vital reality. Man has now become possible to socialize through information technology.  But this process can become a pedagogical activity, giving the expected effect not only in the form of education, but also in the form of an indivisible trinity of education, training and upbringing. The article touches on the characters and dimensions of distance education.
